New for 2025, our ‘Pads 4 Fitness’ sessions offers a 30 minute high intensity boxing pad workout with one of our qualified personal trainers.
Sessions can be booked as a solo 1:1 or small group (2-4 people).

Delivery Periods
The short 30 minute high intensity workouts are only available during the following days/times
- Monday 6-7.30pm
- Wednesday 11am-4pm
- Thursday 10am-4pm
- Friday 5-7pm
- Saturday 10am-12noon
All bookings are subject to availability.
Costs
All sessions must be booked in advance, once booked you simply pay on arrival.
A solo 1:1 session is £4.50, the rate for a group of 2-4 people is only £3per person. If you are prepared to train with others it is obviously better value. Please advise us when booking if you would prefer a solo session, group rates only apply where 2 or more people have booked the same session time.
