Description

This entitles you to book four 1:1 Padwork Aerobic 30 minute workout sessions. This is valid for up to three months from the date of purchase and will expire once your fourth session has been completed.

Please note the Qfit Gym is not a boxing facility and this is a 30 minute intense aerobic workout using boxing techniques. There is no sparring and this is not boxing training.

No membership required. service available to anyone aged 14 or over.

A single session costs £8.50 and can only be paid for in person on arrival.
