The Qfit Gym use two services to process our direct debits. Please remember the Qfit gym is owned and operated by Quadrant Leisure as this may show on your bank statements.
Ashbourne Services
Our membership system is linked in with Ashbourne, these payments will show payments to Ashbourne. Those customers with Ashbourne must provide us with 10 days notice to stop a direct debit mandate payment. We currently don’t accept any new mandates to go through Ashbourne.
GoCardless
Our new direct debit provider. Your statement shall show GoCardless and with a reference of THEQFITGYM.
How do I cancel with GoCardless? We suggest as courtesy, you drop us an email to advise us that you have cancelled your membership. We can then cancel your direct debit for you or you may cancel direct with your bank. Please remember the bank will require at least 48HRS to stop a payment from going out. Once a payment has been processed however this will not be refunded.
Is my data protected? GoCardless is authorised by the FCA. Their risk management programme is built to GDPR standards to protect and respect your personal data. Quadrant Leisure (Qfit Gym) does not store your bank or payment details.
