Our small community gym facility has everything you would require including a full range of cardio and strength equipment, Olympic bar, free weights, kettle bells, boxing bag and core area. We offer 1:1 Personal Training sessions and a great range of weekly group classes to suit all ages and abilities.

Mon-Thu 8.30am-8.30pm | Fri 8.30am-7.30pm | Sat 9.00am-1.00pm. We are closed Bank Holidays.

The Qfit Gym is owned by QUADRANT LEISURE CiC an independent social enterprise. We operate this small community gym facility to meet the needs of our local community regardless of ability. This means when you arrive, you will feel welcome, we may not have high cost state of the art equipment, but what we do have works and suits your needs. That's also the reason why we don't charge eye watering prices.

Excellent well equipped, but most of all friendly gym. Good local community gym and exercise classes, well run and always friendly faces staff and clients alike.
