Individual memberships and gym access is available to anyone aged 16+
Our exciting Youth Fitness Academy (YFA) was launched in March 2026 and aims to work with children aged from 10 year to 15 years old to ensure they know HOW to train effectively & WHY the correct use of equipment is important to train safely. This will all be done in a supportive, educational, fun and safe environment. The YFA has been put together by experienced instructors who are highly qualified, hold enhanced DBS, First Aid and Insurance.
