What to Wear
There is no dress code however we do advise your outfit is stretchy enough to accommodate movement. You can wear gym shorts, joggers, a workout top, a t-shirt—anything you’re most comfortable in.
What to Bring
A water bottle to stay hydrated, there is a free water machine in reception. Otherwise we can provide mats, though you may choose to purchase your own yoga mat and even, if you practice at home, other props such as blocks and blankets.
