To access our gym memberships you must be aged 14 or over, however we do have some specific programs and opportunities for young people to improve health and fitness alongside nutritional support.

Youth Fitcamp

Aimed at 8-14yr olds, Mondays 4.45-5.30pm. First class free then only £3.50pp until Easter 2024. A wide range of activities and challenges to suit all abilities in a group exercise class mixing up Body weight, light weights, Boxercise, Aerobic and circuit style classes each week. Youth Gym Sessions

Every Saturday from 10am we allow any child aged 8-13 attend the gym with a participating adult. For £6.00, one adult can bring up to two children, if the adult has a monthly gym membership with us, then the cost per child is only £2.00ea. During school holidays, this is extended to operate Mon-Fri 10am-6pm. Please note children under 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times whilst using the gym facility.

Pretendy Chef

A range of cookery classes and workshops for young people aged from 4+ Learn how to cook, have fun with food and understand how to make healthy choices. Various classes and cost options, find out more HERE.

North Tyneside Council

Active North Tyneside do a range of referral programs to suit all ages to help improve fitness and make healthy lifestyle changes.

Healthy4Life is a 10week programme with two different age groups, 4-7yr olds and then 8-14yr olds. For more details email
