Memberships are open to anyone aged 14 or over.

Young people aged 14 or 15 must purchase a membership to attend Monday-Friday, they may only pay for a single gym session on a Saturday morning.

We offer a single gym session for £4.50 (aged 16+) with all our group exercise classes are £4.000 Single sessions can only be paid for in person by cash or card at our gym reception desk.

One-off payments by card online will NOT renew automatically and shall cover the stated duration only.

Please note that the Qfit Gym is owned by QUADRANT LEISURE and this may appear on your statements when you make a payment to us.

Discounts

We have various offers and discounts available, these may only be purchased in-person at our reception desk by cash or card. Proof of eligibility and age for example may be required.

• Ten gym FlexiPass £38.00 – Over 16s only
• Universal Credit discounted one month membership £15.00 – proof of UC and ID required

Monthly Direct Debit

All direct debit memberships commence with a ‘minimum agreement period’ during which we will not accept cancellations nor will any payments be refunded.

The ‘discounted’ rate only applies to your direct debit renewals following your initial payment.

Please ensure you have read and understood our “Terms and conditions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel and direct debit, to do this you must notify us by email to cancel your direct debit membership. You must provide a minimum 14 days notice for us to cancel your mandate and membership as this will ensure your next payment does not renew. Please do not cancel the mandate with your bank as this does not cancel your membership or direct debit commitment with us.

Your initial payment for your first month must be made in full and shall be processed immediately, if you select the Direct Debit box at checkout you will receive a renewal email around 21 days later to set up your Direct Debit at the stated discounted rate.
