The Qfit gym is owned and operated by Quadrant Leisure as this may show on your bank statements.
When you create your first direct debit mandate with us, this may take up to 5 days to set up with your bank, your membership will commence once your first payment has been processed.
Agreement
By setting up an direct debit mandate with us, you agree to make a minimum of 4 (four) payments.
Should you cancel your mandate during the first four month period, you will remain liable for any outstanding monies owed. Then following your fourth payment, all direct debits may be cancelled with a 14 days notice given to us in writing.

CANCELLING A DIRECT DEBIT: You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel your direct debit, to do this you must notify us by email (or in person) and provide a minimum 14 days notice prior to your renewal date. We will then cancel your membership and also the actual direct debit mandate.
You must NOT cancel the direct debit directly with your bank as this does not cancel your membership mandate with us, and monies may still be requested.
GoCardless
Your statement may show GoCardless and with a reference of THEQFITGYM.

Ashbourne Services
Our membership system is linked in with Ashbourne, these payments will show payments to Ashbourne. Those customers with Ashbourne must provide us with 14 days notice to stop a direct debit mandate payment.
