Your payment for a Qfit Gym membership has been submitted, once processed your membership shall become active.

Your Qfit Gym membership direct debit is processed by GoCardless and you have agreed to a minimum contract period of four months from the date of purchase, this contract was set up and agreed by you and can only be cancelled once we receive your 4th payment. See below on how to cancel.

The membership payment you have chosen is a subscription via direct debit, this means you have made a commitment to pay us the agreed amount each month.

How to Cancel

This membership period is a minimum of 4 months, if you try to cancel during your initial 4 month period from the date of purchase you will still be charged for the full four months.

To cancel you must;

  • Not cancel your direct debit payment instruction direct with your bank
  • Notify us in writing via email of your intention to cancel (bookings@qfitgym.uk)
  • Provide a minimum 14 days notice prior to the renewal payment date

Upon receipt of your valid notification to cancel, we will cancel the payment request from our system. This will ensure no future payments are requested. No refunds shall be offered once a subscription payment has been processed.

Do NOT cancel your mandate with your bank, as this will not stop a subsription payment request from us, and you may be liable for bank charges or costs incurred with a failed payment. Please ensure you notify us of your intention to cancel as above.
