When you create your first direct debit mandate with us, this may take up to 5 days to be processed, however your membership will commence once you receive confirmation of your payment schedule.

The direct debit mandates in relation to this offer are processed for us by Ashbourne Services. All new direct debit mandates will have a minimum 6 month agreement, after your 6th payment to us you may then cancel by providing us with 14 days notice. If you cancel within the first six months you will be liable for the remaining balance of your minimum agreement.
How to avoid a minimum period
If you do not wish to be tied in to any minimum agreement, then we do provide our normal rates on a rolling month mandate agreement with GoCardless.

CANCELLING A DIRECT DEBIT: You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel your direct debit mandate agreement with us. This must be done in accordance with any minimum term agreement, and to do this please notify us by email (or in person) and provide a minimum 14 days notice prior to your renewal date. We will then cancel your membership and also the actual direct debit mandate.
You must NOT cancel the direct debit directly with your bank as this does not cancel your membership mandate with us, and monies may still be requested.
