The Qfit gym is owned and operated by Quadrant Leisure as this may show on your bank statements.
All new direct debits will commence with the first month paid at full price, this applies to both new and existing members. From month two your ‘direct debit renewal’ will be at the discounted rate stated below.

CANCELLING A DIRECT DEBIT: You must inform us to cancel your direct debit, to do this you must notify us by email (or in person) and provide a minimum 14 days notice prior to your renewal date. We will then cancel your direct debit mandate and your membership. Please DO NOT simply cancel the mandate with your bank as this does not cancel your membership agreement or your commitment to pay us. If you cancel your mandate with your bank during the first 4 month period you will remain liable for full payment and you will be invoiced accordingly.
GoCardless
Your first month is made up of an initial ‘Set up fee’ which is processed immediately, then the discounted rate is applied and processed 5 days later via direct debit. The total of your one-off setup fee and the direct debit rate equates to one month at the standard rate. Your account will then automatically renew each month at the discounted monthly rate as stated in bold above.
Your statement shall show GoCardless and with a reference of THEQFITGYM.

Ashbourne Services
Our membership system is linked in with Ashbourne, these payments will show payments to Ashbourne. Those customers with Ashbourne must provide us with 14 days notice to stop a direct debit mandate payment.
