Weekly classes start from Monday 01 September at 1.00pm

Low impact way to keep body and mind fit No partner needed. All genres of music used. Fun and friendly community.

*UPDATE* We will deliver fortnightly in August also on Monday 4th and 18th and these classes will be part of our class schedule.

All our usual classes are £4.00pp pay on the day or you could purchase a ten class loyalty card for £32.00
