In 2026 we shall be launching our new ‘Youth Fitness Academy’ for children aged 10 to 15 years of age.
In January we shall be delivering some FREE taster sessions, those who attend the free tasters will get 40% off the standard price.
We also have a limited number of FREE places available for those aged 10-15 who live in Dudley, Annitsford and Burradon.

A free 8-week course for males aged 18+ who have a BMI of over 27.5.

From Monday 21st July until Saturday 30 August, up to two children aged 8 to 13yrs of age may attend our gym facility with an adult aged 16+.
