1:1 Padwork Aerobics

This is an intense 30 minute 1:1 workout with one of our personal trainers. The session simply uses boxing technique, movement and footwork to build cardio fitness and support weight loss.

The workout intensity is tailored to your personal fitness goals and ability so is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. This session will

  • Boost cardio fitness & endurance
  • Burn fat & tone muscle
  • Relieve stress & improve focus

All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please note this is not boxing training and there is no sparring, the Qfit Gym is not a boxing gym.
