Class updates
From 01 March all single classes will rise to £4.50pp.
Bookings
Our online booking system is automated and when a class is full, you are offered the option to join the waiting list. This means when a space opens-up everyone on the list will be notified by email and it’s then first-come first-served.
From March the booking system shall only allow customers to book up to a maximum of 14 days in advance. The cost of this system is now too high for us to offer a longer advance booking schedule. This also applies to staff doing any manually bookings, so please speak to a member of our team in person if you require assistance.
Attendance
The new process also means we should have far less ‘no-shows’ as this does cause issues, especially when people can not book on a full class. Cancellations usually happen the evening prior or up to 1hr before a class starts. Participants who repeatedly fail to show up without cancelling may be blocked from the booking system – so please notify us asap if you can not attend. Please also note, if we need to cancel a class in advance you will be notified via email, if we cancel a class ‘on-the-day’ this will also be followed up with an SMS (no calls)
Walk-ins
Whilst this is allowed, we will always prioritise those who have pre-booked, which means we can not guarantee your participation should the class be fully booked.
