Description
Learn the basics of Strength Training with our exclusive hands-on 90minute individual workshop, (this can also be with a training partner to help reduce costs).
The workshop is designed to help you start lifting weights safely and confidently and will use a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell, curl bar and the cable machine.
The workshop will focus on
- Squats & Deadlifts
- Bench & Shoulder Press
- Biceps & Triceps
The workshop is suitable for complete beginners, with no gym experience necessary, and we regularly welcome participants from age 10 through to 70+.
- Only available to those aged 10+
- No membership required
- This product does not include use of the gym.
